How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple through your Apple Account. To manage or cancel, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select Garçon. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Because purchases are processed by Apple, refund requests are handled by Apple under its refund policy. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple Account you used to purchase, and select the transaction. If you run into trouble, email us and we will do our best to help.

I got a new device. How do I restore my subscription?

Sign in to the app with the same account you used before, and make sure your device uses the same Apple Account that made the purchase. If your Garçon Plus subscription does not appear, use the Restore Purchases option in the app settings. If it still does not show up, contact us by email.

How do I create an account or sign in?

You can sign in with your email address - we send you a one-time code to enter, no password needed - or use Sign in with Apple or Google. Your account keeps your chat history, My Bar, and preferences in sync.

I am not receiving my sign-in code. What should I do?

Check your spam or junk folder first, and make sure you typed your email address correctly on the sign-in screen. The code can take a minute or two to arrive. If it still does not show up, request a new code, or email us and we will help you get signed in.

Go to Profile → Delete account. This wipes your bar, saved recipes, chats, and all user data.
