How to make it
- Muddle ginger in the base of a shaker.
- Add vodka, chili pepper syrup, and lemon juice.
- Shake with ice and fine strain into chilled flute glass.
- Top with sparkling wine.
- To make spicy sugar syrup: Stir hot water and sugar until dissolved. Add cinnamon stick, vanilla pod, and cracked Szechuan peppers. Cover for 15 minutes, strain, and cool. Use 12.5ml if using instead of the listed syrup.
