How the yield math works
Every bottle and pour converts to milliliters first. Usable volume equals bottle volume multiplied by bottle count, then multiplied by one minus the waste fraction.
Full pours use floor division, so a partial final pour never counts as a complete serving. The remaining volume stays in the result instead of disappearing through rounding.
Recipe yield comes from the tracked ingredient with the fewest complete servings. Each target gap is calculated on its own; untracked ingredients stay marked for a stock check.
U.S. fluid ounces convert with 29.5735295625 mL per fluid ounce. Waste applies to liquid inventory; counts and mass stay unchanged. The bottle chart is a practical retail reference, not a complete legal catalog.
