How to make it
- Dry shake (without ice) tequila, orange juice, lemon juice, and egg white.
- Add ice, shake again and fine strain into a chilled highball glass (no ice in glass) along with 30 ml of the ginger ale.
- Place in freezer to stand for at least 3 minutes.
- Top with the rest of the ginger ale poured from a height to raise the head (fizz style).
