How to make it
- Cut lime in half and then slice one half into eight 3-4mm thick half-moon segments and drop into a robust rocks glass.
- Add 3 bar spoons powdered sugar and muddle.
- Add watermelon and muddle some more.
- Transfer the muddled fruit and sugar into a serving glass.
- Pour cachaça into the rocks glass, swirl to rinse, then pour into the serving glass and stir to mix ingredients.
- Crack four to five large ice cubes, drop into the serving glass. Stir before topping with more ice and serve.
