How to make it
- POUR Crème Yvette into the base of the chilled glass.
- SHAKE the gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup, and egg white with ice.
- STRAIN back into the shaker, discard the ice, and DRY SHAKE (without ice) vigorously.
- Carefully FINE STRAIN into the liqueur-primed glass so contents of the shaker float over the liqueur.
