How to make it
- Cut lime in half and slice one half into eight segments, then drop into a robust rocks glass and add caster sugar.
- Muddle the lime and sugar together to release the juices.
- Add kiwi fruit and muddle some more.
- Ensure the fruit juice is fully extracted and the sugar is dissolved.
- Transfer the muddled mix into a highball glass.
- Pour cachaça into the original rocks glass to rinse, then pour into the serving glass. Add apple juice and anise liqueur, and stir to mix.
- Crack the ice cubes and add to the glass. Stir and top with more ice if needed. Serve with a stirrer or stick.
