How to make it
- Select and pre-chill a Nick & Nora glass.
- Prepare garnish of small mint leaf.
- STIR the first 4 ingredients with ice.
- STRAIN into chilled glass.
- Pour half-a-bar spoon of grenadine into the center of cocktail which should sink to form a suitably red Christmassy base.
- Float small leaf from the tip of a mint sprig for garnish.
