How to make it
- Lightly muddle chili pepper in base of shaker to release its flavour (if muddled hard, it will be overly spicy).
- Add raspberries, rum, cranberry juice, honey syrup, and lime juice to the shaker.
- Shake with ice and fine strain into a chilled martini glass.
