How to make it
- Muddle raspberries in the base of a shaker. Add raspberry liqueur, shake with ice and fine strain into the center of the glass.
- Grate lemon zest into a shaker. Add vodka, vanilla liqueur, rich simple syrup, mascarpone, and half-and-half. Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into the glass over a spoon to layer over the raspberry base.
