How to make it

  • Cut lime in half and slice one of the halves into eight 3-4mm thick half-moon shaped segments.
  • Add lime segments to a rocks glass and add powdered sugar. Muddle to extract juice and dissolve sugar.
  • Transfer the muddled lime and sugar into a highball glass.
  • Pour chilled cachaca, coconut liqueur, and pineapple juice over the lime mixture. Stir to combine.
  • Crack four to five large ice cubes and add to the serving glass. Stir and top with more ice if needed.
