How to make it
- Cut lime in half and slice one of the halves into eight 3-4mm thick half-moon shaped segments.
- Add lime segments to a rocks glass and add powdered sugar. Muddle to extract juice and dissolve sugar.
- Transfer the muddled lime and sugar into a highball glass.
- Pour chilled cachaca, coconut liqueur, and pineapple juice over the lime mixture. Stir to combine.
- Crack four to five large ice cubes and add to the serving glass. Stir and top with more ice if needed.
