How to make it
- Select and pre-chill a Nick & Nora glass.
- Prepare garnish of orange zest twist (to add the classic orange element to this sidecar). Optionally, before service, prepare the glass with an orange juice-moistened rim dipped in sugar and left to dry and crust before placing it in a freezer to chill to serving temperature.
- Shake all ingredients with ice.
- Fine strain into chilled glass.
