How to make it
- Select and pre-chill a Highball glass, maximum 10oz/300ml.
- Prepare garnish of lemon slice wheel.
- Stir lemon juice and sugar in base of shaker until all the sugar has dissolved.
- Add other ingredients and shake with ice.
- Fine strain into ice-filled glass.
- Top with soda and briefly stir.
- Garnish with lemon slice wheel.
