How to make it
- Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
- Prepare garnish of star anise and lemon zest twist.
- STIR first 5 ingredients with ice.
- RINSE chilled glass with absinthe (swirl around to coat and discard excess) and set to one side.
- FINE STRAIN into absinthe-rinsed glass.
