How to make it
- Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
- Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist and lemon zest knot.
- Pour absinthe into chilled glass and roll glass so as to coat the inside with absinthe. Discard excess and set glass aside.
- Stir other ingredients with ice.
- Strain into absinthe-rinsed glass.
