How to make it

  • Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  • Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist and lemon zest knot.
  • Pour absinthe into chilled glass and roll glass so as to coat the inside with absinthe. Discard excess and set glass aside.
  • Stir other ingredients with ice.
  • Strain into absinthe-rinsed glass.
